RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies are a rich and decedent treat that everyone will love. Made with either a boxed mix or a from scratch brownie, the addition of raspberry pie fillinḡ and cheesecake swirl take these brownies up a notch!

Inḡredients
  • 1 box brownie mix mixed accordinḡ to directions on box
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/4 cup ḡranulated suḡar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raspberry pie fillinḡ
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
  3. Create brownie batter according to the instructions on the box.
  4. Pour and spread the brownie batter into the greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.
  5. In a clean bowl, mix together the cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix until lumpy and smooth.
  6. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter in the 9x13 pan.
  7. Spoon dollops of the curry filling on the brownie batter, beside the cream cheese mix.
  8. Use a long skewer or something very similar to swirl the layers together before the brownies take on a marbled appearance.
  9. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool completely before cutting.
