Keto Cinnamon Rolls

Keto Cinnamon Rolls are a noodle dessert that's made of pizza dough, combined to give a sweetness together with the cinnamon to it. Its an ideal dessert for a cheese lover.

On the weekend, my time is as a food blogger using a job. Much to Adele's disgust (my girlfriend), it is the only time to find the best natural light for the photos! She would much rather be outdoors -- she will be the first man once I earn some cash from this site!

Inǵredients
Base
  • 1.5 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Eǵǵ
  • 3/4 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)
Cinnamon Inside
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Warm Water
Icinǵ
  • 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)
Directions
  1. Mix the cheese together into a microwave safe bowl, and heat on high in 30 second increments until the mix is melted just enough to have the ability to bind completely. (this should be about 1.5 mins)
  2. Mix from the stevia, egg, almond flour. Put between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle.
  3. Put the dough in the oven level out for about 5 mins at 180C (355F). Remove from oven and allow it to cool.
  4. Mix the stevia, cinnamon, and water in a small cup and then spread over the rolled out cheese mix.
  5. Begin from 1 side, and roll the scrolls into a long roll. Cut into two finger lengths and place on a baking tray. Place in the oven at 180 C (355F) for another 7 mins.
  6. Mix the cream cheese, cream and stevia together and but it into a plastic bag. Pipe over the cinnamon and cut off the corner scrolls. Enjoy!
