Low Carb Peanut Butter Pie

Whether you're eating a low carb diet because of allergies, health reasons, or in case you just want to get rid of a few pounds, you're going to love this easy-to-make, yummy treat that only has about 4 carbs per serving. Take, even if you are not on a low carb diet you will want to sink your teeth into this no-bake butter pie, since it's sooooo!

  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) packaǵe cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup suǵar free Cool Whip
  • suǵar substitute to taste (optional)
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup peanut butter with 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Fold in sugar free cool whip until well blended.
  3. Give it a taste and add sugar substitute as needed.
  4. Lineup an 8x8" square pan with parchment paper and move the peanut butter mixture into the pan. Spreading around it to disperse. Cover and place in freezer until solid - about one hour. Slice into 16 pieces. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
