Pumpkin Pie Bites- Keto and Vegan 

I shared that lacked a bit in the pumpkin taste, although a pumpkin cheesecake snacks recipe. In the middle of dip and autumn, I feel like it is the time for the pumpkin pie.

I have wanted to do a play on a whole lot of my keto bomb recipes. We have had pumpkin pie filling, coconut and chocolate, and joy. It is time for the creamy pie!

I'm a fan of cheesecake, but it. Are an ideal recipe. Thanks to using dairy-free cream cheese, it's a slightly tangy yet creamy and smooth texture....while also loaded with pumpkin pie spices.

Another reason why I really like these snacks is that unlike a traditional pumpkin pie, it has no crust, although this may be sinful to some. I have always been one to consume the fillings of cheesecakes and pies, so this recipe is my fantasy.

Needless to say, I wanted it to be simple, quick and healthy and the invoice was ticked by this. I brought a batch of them for some buddies to try, and they thought I gave them up pumpkin cheesecake.

I guarantee they taste anything, although low carb pumpkin pie bites and these no keto may sound a little too healthy. We have mentioned the texture (Smooth, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth level) but the components are wholesome, healthy and suitable for most diets, such as paleo and vegan readers.

ìngredìents
  • 2 cups cream cheese of choìce, softened * See notes
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seed butter Can use any smooth nut or seed butter of choìce
  • 1/4 cup pumpkìn puree
  • 1 cup granulated sweetener of choìce, dìvìded
  • 2 tbsp pumpkìn pìe spìce, dìvìded
Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of your granulated sweetener and one tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice and blend well. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients and mix very well. The batter should be thick and smooth. Refrigerate to firm up.
  3. Line a large plate with parchment paper. Gently shape 24 balls and wet your hands. Dip each ball in simmer mixture and the pumpkin pie spice and set on the plate. Repeat until all snacks are coated.
  4. Place in the freezer to firm up.
