Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Baked Garlìc Parmesan Chìcken ìs one of those everyone-should-know-how-to-make recìpes. ìt’s easy and comes together quìckly. ìn fact, ìt’s hard to mess up!

Whenever you don't have the time to cook, what to cook? You know the feeling it can be tough to determine how to cook healthy meals once you have a million things to do, when you get home after a long day and everything you need to do is lie on the couch.

Do not get me wrong, I am not whining. Anyway.

The point I am trying to make is that, You would have a set of"go-to" foods that could be made quickly with minimal effort and planning. This Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken is just one of those meals because I'm always looking for recipes for chicken I have adored. I've had a couple of comments from some of you asking! Please note everyone, this is one of these!

With about 40 minutes of time -- it true and amazing and 5 minutes of prep time, which makes this dinner is most likely less work than going out or getting takeout! It is Chicken breasts, parmesan, garlic and bread crumbs baked in the oven! What is not to love?!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
  • ½ cup Mayonnaìse
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless skìnless chìcken breast cutlets.
  • 4-5 teaspoons ìtalìan seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlìc powder
  • pìnch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl combine mayo, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
  3. Moisten chicken breasts with water and put on baking sheet (I line my baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup simple )
  4. Split the carrot mixture evenly among the chicken, just spreading it across the top of each slice, and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle bread crumbs on each piece of chicken.
  6. Return to oven and bake for additional 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely and juices run clear.
  7. Tops will be browned and chicken will be incredibly juicy.
  8. It is also possible to finish off them under the broiler for a minute or two to get them additional browned on top.
  9. Serve with a veggie like those yummy fresh broccoli that I steamed.
  10. Season with a dash of fresh parsley, if desired.
