CROCKPOT SALSA CHICKEN

Oh dear! I can't even start to tell you this salsa chicken is. Not only is it yummy, but there are only 3 ingredients in this recipe and it is made in a crockpot. It is embarrassing how easy it's to create this chicken. All you do is pour a jar of salsa, place your chicken in the crockpot and cook it. You don't need to cook it longer than that, as it is going to begin falling apart, but choose the chicken and set it into a baking dish and spoon some of that leftover salsa over it, sprinkle with some cheese and bake in 425 F degrees for about 15 minutes and that is what you wind up with.

Does this chicken look stunning, but it is remarkable! 3 ingredients! That's it! You can not beat that!

Crockpot Salsa Chicken with cheese -- just 3 components, it easy to make and yummy.

  • 3 lbs chìcken breasts boneless, skìnless (about 6)
  • 2 cups salsa mìld
  • 1 cup Mexìcan Blend cheese shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare chicken: Place whole chicken breasts into your crockpot then pour the salsa over each breast.
  2. Cook: Cook everywhere from 1 1/2 to two hours or 4 hours on low, you do not need to cook it more because it is going to begin falling apart.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425 F levels.
  4. Add Cheese: Transfer the chicken into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon some of the leftover salsa over the chicken. Sprinkle each breast about 1/4 cup of cheese for every breast.
  5. Bake: Put the baking dish from the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and is bubbling.
