Delicious! Italian Roasted Potatoes

These cheesy oven-roasted italian Roasted Potatoes are rich in butter with italian seasoning, garlic and paprika, it tastes so delicious!

This italian sausage recipe is quickly becoming my favourite side dish in my loved ones. The reason is simple; those potatoes are simple to make but they are delicious.

They and baby potatoes are fantastic for these roasted potatoes. Baby potatoes are quick to cook and take just 20 minutes from prep. Pick up the baby potatoes you may find next time.

Prep Tìme: 5 Mìnutes

Cook Tìme: 15 Mìnutes

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
  • 2 cloves garlìc, mìnced
  • 1 teaspoon bottled ìtalìan seasonìng
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 2 dashes paprìka
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut ìnto small cubes
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Clean and wash the baby potatoes, drain and cut into halves.
  3. Heat an oven-safe skillet (cast-iron preferred) and add the olive oil. Add the potatoes and cook until the surface turns. Turn the cook the skin side until browned over. Push on the potatoes and saute the garlic, follow by the Italian seasoning, salt and paprika, stir to blend. Turn the heat off and sprinkle parsley and the cheese . Transfer the skillet to the oven. Add the butter cubes serve.
  5. Baby potatoes were used by me. Roast for 20 minutes or till cooked if you've got larger chunks. You might roast the potatoes away. Combine paprika, garlic, potatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and the oil and follow the steps. Roast for 20 minutes.
