Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread - perfect to go with pasta dishes or soups! So easy and so good, you won't be able to stop eating it!

I am excited to share this recipe for a easy bread with top. It is fast because it comprised a shortcut: an loaf bread to create! All you will need to do is slice it in half, top with butter and mozzarella and bake. I love bread, like my Easy Garlic Bread my Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread or the Cheesy Garlic Knots rolls.


This Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread is perfect with a plateful of pasta, big bowl of soup or as an appetizer. Either way, you will love every bite! It’s garlicky and cheesy and absolutely irresistible!

  • 1 loaf of ìtalìan bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon garlìc powder (see note)
  • 1 cup and 1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the bread lengthwise and put both components face up on the sheet.
  4. Brush both pieces with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  5. Cover with a piece of aluminum foil and place in the oven.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Uncover bread. Top with cheese.
  8. Place bread back in the oven for 2 to 4 minutes, to melt the cheese. (see note)
  9. Remove from the oven and place on a cutting board. Let cool for few minutes.
  10. Slice and serve.
