Easy Keto Everything Bagels Recipe – delicious everything bagels that are low carb using just cheese, eggs, and everything bagel seasonings for a filling keto bagel everyone will love!
If you’re on a keto or low carb diet, you’re probably missing a lot of your old, carb-loaded favorite dishes – and for me, that includes missing bagels so much.

I love bagels -- particularly hot flashes everything bagels -- and decided to play around with my Keto Jalapeno Bread recipe a bit to think of a true bagel I think is every bit as delicious as my favourite everything bagels -- and this one is unbelievably low carb keto with NO special flours or insane ingredients -- just eggs, cheese, and Everything Bagel seasoning!

This Keto Everything Bagel has less than 1 carbohydrates per serving, which makes it an superb breakfast option that will fill up you! I love to serve about 1/4 cup of cream cheese to them and it is also possible to top them with capers, lox, and schmears!

My husband has lost over 30 pounds since beginning a diet -- and I have managed to cut back my issues to feel daily.

While I really like to use it in baking, this recipe doesn't include coconut flour or almond flour -- and no egg wash -- so it is a remarkably quick and simple dish that's excellent for an impromptu everything bagel breakfast with ingredients you probably already have available. Just mix bake, and enjoy!

Easy Keto Everything Bagels Recipe

  • 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, any kind of cheese that melts well.
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan , or asiago, other hard, dry, grated cheese.
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the shredded cheese and egg in a bowl and mix it until the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture equally into six parts and press into well greased donut pan.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the tops of the cheese and egg mixture.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese has completely melted and produced a minor brown crust.
  6. Don't hesitate to mix up your cheese selection - but stick with a single grated hard, dry cheese (such as parmesan or asiago) to maintain the flour-like texture.
