  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 envelope Actìve Dry Yeast 2 1/4 Teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Bread Flour
  • Olìve Oìl For Greasìng Surfaces
  • ⅓ pounds Sharp Whìte Cheddar Or Any Other Cheese You Prefer
  • ½ cups Garlìc Butter
  1. In a large bowl, stir water, yeast and honey together. Let yeast proof five minutes. Stir in the flour and salt in 1/4 cup increments As soon as you understand yeast is active. If you're currently using a stand mixer, then make certain to not raise your rate higher or'stir'. Once dough begins pulling away from the bowl and the sides appears to be clean, set a timer for 5 minutes and walk off. Allow the dough is kneaded by the machine. After 5 minutes, dough should be sticky and smooth but when touched should not leave any dough.
  2. Grease the bowl along with the dough. Cover with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Punch down dough and cut into two equal parts. Type into two baguettes that the period of the cookie sheet. As it looks cool, I like to spin mine, but in addition, it retains its length and does not shrink. Cover with plastic wrap and increase 30 minutes. Begin to preheat oven near the oven where it is warm and nice. Once oven is preheated, remove reduce oven place the bread into the oven and bake 20 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, slice the cheese into thin pieces and melt the butter.
  5. Pull loaves of bread from the oven after 20 minutes and brush with the melted garlic butter. Bake or until bread begins to turn a golden brown. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes.
  6. Cut 1-inch pieces 3/4′s of the the way through the loaves. Brush butter between each fill and slice with a piece of cheese. Bake another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
  7. Drink immediately.
