How to Make Quick and Easy Breakfast Burritos

Turn a skillet full of yummy breakfast food into heat and go quick and delicious breakfast burritos. You can adjust the ingredients to include your own favorites. i like to make a big batch of easy breakfast burritos and then freeze them so the kids can easily have a hot meal first thing in the morning even when we don't have a lot of time. This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes because it's so versatile! i have all kinds of little tricks for cooking meals ahead of time, it's a great way to make meals for the family with a busy schedule!

I really like to create breakfast recipes and they're my favorite foods to eat, however, mornings aren't my favorite. So, short of having breakfast for dinner all of the time... creating yummy meals for breakfast beforehand works quite well in our home. Then we can reheat them, freezing them and I love to make a batch of those breakfast burritos up and appreciate. Making these burritos beforehand helps out that we don't have enough time to cook a meal. Once we can make it happen than store purchased things, I have food that is homemade.

ìngredìents to make breakfast burrìtos
  • 5-6 Eggs
  • 1 package Sausage
  • 3 medìum Potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheese – thìs ìs an estìmate, use more or less how you'd lìke
  • Tortìllas – ì use the standard/medìum sìzed tortìllas
HOW TO MAKE BREAKFAST BURRITOS
  1. Cook Berries.
  2. Poke a fork through potatoes, cook in microwave cook until tender. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the sausage, drain and set aside for later.
  4. Scramble eggs. Add sausage back. Cut potatoes into cubes and add to skillet mixture. Add any extra seasoning.
  5. Add a few spoonfuls of sausage and egg mixture to a tortilla. Top with cheese. Fold. Wrap with plastic wrap and store.
