4-Ingredient Flourless Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipes

It's unbelievable this banana bread is made with just 4 ingredients: bananas, oats, peanut butter & chocolate chips. That's it and it's so AMAZING!

Here I go! Baking flourless bread with a few ingredients which turns out delicious you will never overlook butter, the flour, oil, eggs or sugars it does not have inside.

4-Ingredient Flourless Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipes
  • 1.5 pounds rípe bananas (about 4-5 medíum bananas)
  • 2 cups old-fashíoned oats
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter (or another nut butter such as almond butter)
  • 1 cup chocolate chíps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease loaf pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper; set.
  3. Add the bananas, oats and peanut butter into a blender and blend till smooth. Try not to blend the batter because this will cause a denser loaf. Blend until the oats are ground. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Garnish with chocolate chips and banana pieces, if desired.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  6. Let bread cool completely in loaf pan. Store bread covered in the loaf pan or in an airtight container in the fridge.
If your blender isn't too effective or your batter is just too thick to blend in your blender, add 1/4 cup water to allow it to blend.
It will become denser if you keep the bread in the fridge. You heat it to soften it back up or may place it.
