íngredíents
  • 3 bananas, old & gross
  • 1 tbsp coconut oíl
  • 1 1/3 cups oats, ground
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp vanílla
Instructions
  1. Mash bananas in a bowl with the coconut oil (do not have to melt it mashing will do the trick).
  2. In a food processor / nut grinder grind your yogurt.
  3. Add vanilla and vanilla, ultimately add the almonds (chopped roughly).
  4. Optionally you can also add some dark chocolate balls. I like banana bread like this more.
  5. Spread the mixture in a spring form or a silicone baking form, and top with chopped almonds.
  6. Then bake for 30-40 minutes at 350F/180C. Let cool off for 1 hour and you are done.
  7. Keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
