The BEST Chicken Soup Ever

I will say this is one of my few dishes that I make and when I taste it – it really tastes like it is a from a restaurant

The key ingredient is cumin -- it adds a bit of warmth and depth of flavor

In addition, the chicken has a excellent sear on it so it lovely in the soup -- I really like to shred chicken in a soup since the inventory of the soup soaks up from the chicken -- sigh.... I could eat unlimited bowls of the soup

Also It's gluten free and dairy free that is amazing for families with allergies

You can make this recipe readily in the crock pot -- only have the crock pot on low -- place all of the ingredients in the crock pot ( 5 quart crock pot is ideal) -- cook everything for about 6 hours -- the longer you cook the more beautiful the tastes will become

The BEST Chicken Soup Ever
  • 30 Ounces of Chìcken Broth
  • 2 Pounds of Chìcken - Cooked - ì sear my chìcken then fìnìsh ìn the oven then shred
  • 15 ounces of Black Beans - Washed and Draìned
  • 10 Ounces of dìced Tomatoes wìth Green Chìles, draìned
  • 1 Can of Corn - Draìned
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fìnely Chopped Parsley
  • ½ tsp of paprìka
  • ¼ tsp of cumìn
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  1. You can use left over chicken OR you can cook the chicken to the soup - needs to be Two pounds
  2. In a large stock pot - add all of the ingredients together
  3. Cover and Place to low/medium and cook for 40 minutes
  4. Enjoy
