This oats recipe is simple. Like, straightforward that is silly. But that is exactly what I love about it as it takes 5 minutes to prepare and you probably have all the components on hand.

Vanilla Maple Almond Butter Overnight Oats Recipes
íngredíents
  • 1 cup old fashíoned oats
  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp unsweetened vanílla almond mílk
  • 1 tbsp salted creamy almond butter*
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanílla extract
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract. I found it best to use a drippy butter - !
  2. Blend almond butter mix, oats and almond milk in a mason jar with a lid or tupperware container. Shake or stir until blended. Refrigerate (coated ) overnight or at least 6 hours. Add toppings of choice and then dig in!
  3. Notes
  4. *When using unsalted almond butter, add a pinch of sea salt to help bring out the flavors
  5. *If making fermented, utilize certified GF oats (Bob's Red Mill)
