WHO WANTS ZERO CARB SNACKS!
You are always on the lookout for snacking options when you are dedicated to low carb. And I was purchasing the foods and spending money, when I began. So I got smart and assessed BOOM and Pinterest. So many 0 carb recipes.

These are cooked cheese. It is that easy -- and it is pretty wonderful, if you're a cheese lover like me. I began using parmesan and cheddar . However, I wanted to make them more.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Taco Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix the pre-shredded cheese and seasoning.
  2. Drop a small amount of the cheese mixture into muffin pan. We like our silicone one placed on a sheet pan.
  3. Bake 400 degrees F for 6 minutes or so until brown / crispy. Be careful not to burn.
  4. Store in fridge or airtight container.
