DELICIOUS PORK TENDERLOIN RECIPE

This is the best pork tenderloin recipe you will ever have! It is a flavor-packed easy sheet pan dinner with tender green beans, crispy roasted potatoes, and delicious glazed pork tenderloin, all cooked simply on one sheet pan.
This pork tenderloin recipe caught my eye in a Cook’s Country magazine because it was so pretty on the sheet pan, but when I read the recipe I knew it was going to be absolutely delicious.

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST PORK TENDERLOIN
The trick to this pork tenderloin recipe is a couple of cooking hacks and a flavor profile. The green beans are organized under the pork tenderloin so that they do not dry out and absorb the flavor. Second hoisin sauce is merely used by you as an all in one glaze.

The hoisin sauce is genius as a glaze in this recipe. It does provide an Asian flavor profile it adds the salty and sweet taste that compliments the pork..

Ingredients
  • 2 1 pound pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 pound green beans, stems trimmed
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes cut in half lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons freshly minced chives
  • 1 garlic clove minced into paste
  • non stick cooking spray
Directions
  1. Lower oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heavy duty baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine beans with 1/4 tsp of ground pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Arrange beans in center of sheet.
  3. Toss potatoes with 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/4 tsp of ground pepper. Transfer to baking sheet and arrange on each side of green beans, cut down side.
  4. Lay tenderloins, not touching, with hoisin sauce over beans and brush, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until thickest portion of tenderloins reaches 140 degrees on a meat thermometer.
  5. While tenderloin is roasting, combine 1/4 salt, chives, garlic, butter and 1/4 pepper. When tenderloin is done cooking, remove and top each tenderloin with one tbsp of herb before slicing, and allow pork tenderloin rest.
  6. Potatoes and green beans with remaining two tbsp of herb butter and serve.
